Each of the second floor additional bedrooms have their own individual full bathrooms and ample closet spaces, which leads you to the fun second floor family room which is Huge. Currently it has a pool table, entertainment area, game table, high ceilings, knee wall custom storage with built in's, and a great place to hang out if you can't be on the water. Every lake house needs storage space for all the toys, and this one has a spacious 6 ft. crawl space accessible from the garage, and perfect for storing all the stuff. Two gas hot water heaters (one new in 2019), high efficiency gas forced air furnace and central air, as well as a built in generator complete the package. 220 electrical was fun for a hot tub off the front deck, and the entire garage was insulated to allow year round functionality. Other fun things: Hallway Chandelier has a power motorized lift for easy cleaning and changing of bulbs; Wired for surround sound in Living room, family room and outside porch speakers high above the front deck; A Security system with sump pump alarm, glass breakage, and siren; and a Concrete sea wall with easy ramp for pulling up all the toys.
