Phoenix Silvercrest Residences is accepting applications for 1 bedroom units, studios and accessible 1 bedroom units. Rents based on 30% adjusted income.

Applications will be accepted via fax, email or in-person. Applications received will be added to the bottom of the waiting list based on date received.

Applicants must be age 62 and over or mobility impaired persons under 62.
