WHAT THE SELLERS LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
We love the location of the house, the layout and the beautiful landscaping surrounding it. The location is what first drew us to this house; second was the deep covered porches on the front and the back of the house, and third was the layout. This house is in a one of a kind location surrounded by the spectacular mountain ranges of the Tetons, the Big Holes and the Palisades. The recreational possibilities are endless in summer as well as in winter. Grand Targhee ski resort is a half hour drive, and trail heads for hiking and biking are within a mile of the house. As for the deep covered porches on both sides of the house, they extend the living space by 1000 sq ft and keep the house cool in the summer (no AC needed), and protected in the winter. Sitting outside to have a glass of wine or even dinner is nice, because the porches never get too hot. The spa/ hot tub is also under cover making it enjoyable even during inclement weather. The in-ground fire pit, surrounded by a slate patio (with a slate walkway from the house), make for great summer and winter evening fireside enjoyment. As for the layout of the house, the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house; this gives hosts and overnight guests a bit more privacy. The rooms are not so far apart; however, that parents would have to worry about not hearing their children calling during the night.
