2.Wood debris laying in crawl space. Wood on ground is conducive to termite activity.
3.Wood decay fungus on subfloor in crawl space.
4.Insufficient moisture barrier in crawl space.
Based on this information, seller is correcting the issues with a cerified Pest Control Company:
1.Remove the wood debris from the crawl space.
2.Add additional material to the moisture barrier.
3.Treat the subfloor for the control of wood decay fungus. This treatment would also serve as a barrier against future termite infestations.
