It is only 10 minutes to Camilla and 35 minutes to Albany and Moultrie. It is 45 minutess to Thomasville. The beaches on the Gulf are only 2.5 hours away. Atlanta is just over 3 hours away. There are several lakes within 1.5 hours as well as State Parks for camping, picnicing and boating. The property has an inground, invisible fence system to keep your pets in the property. The home has about 500 suare feet of attic storage as well as several closets including bedroom closets, linen closets and pantrys. There is a 4 person hot tub and an above ground pool with a salt water filter system. A spacious deck is right out the back door. In addition to the above items, there are two sites for RV hook up next to the barn. One is a 30 amp site and the other is a 50 amp site. Water, electric and septic connections are there. The driveway and parking areas are rock and recycled asphalt with space for 5 vehicles. There are concrete walkways from the parking pads to the house. The well house has shelves and light and can be used for storage. It is set up with a 6 KW generator for emergency power for the well. The generator will need servicing before use. All out buildings are wired with 120 power. The barn has a 30 amp welding outlet and 220 available. The property has a 3/4 acre pond stocked with bass and bream.
