This is a custom constructed camp in very good condition. Move right in. Most of the furnishings are included. ATV and snowmobile from here. The owners have brought horses as well. Brantingham is within a few miles. The NYS Horse Trails are within a few miles. The location is on a private road, with no power. Power is via a 6500 W generator, where by a push of a button, power is provided to the entire camp; 100 amp electric service. Unlike most, there is a full 6' high basement as well and a huge front porch. A 1000 gallon septic tank with leach field is off the rear left of the structure and the drilled well is about 300' deep and off to the side right. There are propane fired heaters, hot water heater propane fired, and wood stove over feature. Each property owner along the road is responsible for the maintenance of their share of the road. The road is plowed by owners down the road though there is no formal maintenance agreement. It is semi secluded; a short distance off Chase Lake Road to the site.
