A smartphone is required for building access as the locks work through a smartphone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties allowed, with violations resulting in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Our goal is to maintain the peaceful residential environment of the building.
