As you enter the home you will see a gorgeous lead glass door that brings in plenty of sun light to the living room. This home has many, many upgrades that include a Beautiful Kitchen. It has a Martha Stewart storage system, soft close drawers, pull out pantry and pull out drawers, white cabinets with glass doors and granite counter tops. Kitchen has lots of sun light for a bright and cheery room. One of the added amenities is a "Phone Cabinet" - hides all our phone numbers, bills, etc. and you'll never be without a pen. You can also travel to Palm Springs for a Sunday Brunch or dinner out - just 25 miles from Sun Lakes. Some of the amenities in Sun Lakes Country Club are: Championship Golf Course, Executive Golf Course, 3 Club Houses, Restaurant & Lounge, Tennis, Swimming (inside & outside), Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball / Paddle Ball and 3 Gyms. You can be as active as you like by joining one of the many clubs such as: golf, gardening, singing, sewing, crafting, traveling or just show up to the Friday night music events and dance with your friends. All an active adult could ask for.
