I’m a mint condition 1965 ranch house that has only been a home to one continually growing family. Just as the children that were raised to adulthood within my walls were meticulously loved and cared for...so was every detail of my upkeep and maintenance. The neighborhood, without the assistance of an hoa, is still a friendly place with mature trees and wide driveways, where everyone knows everyone and waves.. My owner used to ride his bike to the middle school just down the street. The kids today still get off of their devices and get out and play and ride their bikes and yell out hello to Mr. Jim down the street. Needless to say, Halloween is a big deal over here. Some of the houses a few streets over are known for giving out full sized candy bars!
