When I first went to this property, I thought "Boy, this is a great piece of land and this home could be really cute after it's fixed up!" It's true... it could. This is a 2 bedroom home, and has 1.5 baths. It sits on nearly 2 acres of rolling land. There's a 1.5-car attached garage and a nice 2-car detached garage. There's even an enclosed sun room off the back with beautiful views. The layout is quite nice. Enter the front door and you can go either to the large kitchen with tile floor and eat-in dining area (which could also be a family room since its so big), or you go the other way and you have a large living room with a fireplace focal point. Both bedrooms are upstairs. There's a full unfinished basement with what appears to be an updated water heater, electrical panel, and softener. The furnace/AC is likely not working (its older). The roof has a nice Sherriff-Goslin Roof. There are original hardwood floors that look to be in pretty good shape. It's likely to need a new kitchen (and it comes with no appliances), windows, furnace/ac, exterior painting, chimney work, and some TLC, but this could be a great property when it's all fixed up.
