Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM both outside and inside. Conversations and TV/music should be respectful during these hours, as the walls are very thin and noise travels easily. No portable speakers are allowed. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited. Parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, photography, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization, no matter if they're spending the night or not. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked or covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. All cameras are located on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside of the apartment. The cleaning staff does not do dishes, so please wash your dishes and place them back where you found them before check-out. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. A $200 late fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by the respected hour. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages found done to furniture/appliances, you will be responsible for the bill. [SI]
