The electric service was upgraded from 150 amp to 200 amp and a new commercial grade Square D QO electric panel and circuit breakers were installed. All bi-fold doors were replaced with new custom cut solid wood stain grade doors. All interior door hardware was replaced and Baird Brothers oak corner guards added throughout the house. New hardware and lock on the entry door and a new glass storm door were added. Premium CertainTeed "Landmark" roof and new skylight added 6 years ago. HVAC system was replaced 5 years ago with a 10 year warranty. All exterior trim has been replaced with PVC boards, glued and screwed in place.
