Dining room and kitchen cabinets and shelving are all hand-crafted by Jon Deel Woodworking of solid cherry

The kitchen island as well as the cabinet below the hanging cabinet have Tiger Maple tops. The rest of the island, the kitchen counters and back splash are un-honed black quartzite and the baking counter under the cherry floating shelves is a 2" slab of maple butcher block

The sink is a Rohl Shaw Farm sink and there is a Rohl prep sink on the island

The refrigerator is a GE Monogram, side by side, double drawer, there is an additional refrigerator in the mudroom

The gas stove is an Electrolux with a stainless hood

The kitchen, exercise room, office/family room and fourth bedroom/studio all have in floor radiant heating. The rest of the house is forced hot air

Second floor laundry has a Whirlpool washer and Fisher Paykel dryer

The office/family room has Cat 5 wiring with a network hub in the closet and a separate entrance. The neighborhood has brand new GCI fiber optic cable

Exercise room has a custom made cedar sauna that easily fits four and has a Finlandia 8000w sauna heater with rocks. There is a separate entrance to the exercise room as well

Rock walls were built to hold terraced garden next to the addition. There is a custom rock walkway and established perennial gardens throughout the property

A greenhouse/outside room for entertaining was constructed from extra Jeld-Wen windows.

The entire house was sided with A grade clear White Cedar shingles. All exterior painting was done in 2013

The roof was redone in 2013 with CertainTeed Landmark 30 shingles in Hunter Green. The warranty registration is #R1306736.

Gutters were installed after the roof was done and there is a French drain to the left of the front door that empties out over the bank
