This space is not for someone who loves to cooking and needs a regular kitchen and it is not for someone who has lot of furniture or needs a lot of space. However, there is plenty of storage space on property outside the unit (i.e: fishing gear or surf board or whatever you like). And if you value serenity, love horse country and/or just need a small, safe, affordable, cute, cozy and happy place to live with great energy, then this may be just the spot for you!

We are pet friendly as well, so although the place is quaint, a cat or a small/medium sized dog (well mannered please) would be fine. :) There is even a large fenced yard and dog run on property for you to enjoy all to yourself if you do have an animal. There is also fully gated (but not covered) parking for up to 2 normal sized cars, and there is laundry just inside the main house, so we can coordinate your use of that as well. This is a great place as long as you are fine with cozy quarters. There are friendly horses on property too (down the hill in the very front) and lots of riding, biking and walking trails nearby, if you so desire. Its a beautiful, quiet, and lovely neighborhood to enjoy no matter what your interests... The beauty of Old Agoura is truly one of a kind.
