Smoking and pets are not permitted, ensuring a clean and comfortable home for all residents. The main level of the house is currently a private space, so a short term lease is available for flexibility. In March 2026, a young couple will be returning and living in the lower level of the building. At this time, the main level living room and kitchen will be a shared environment during the daytime for everyone.
