We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details may be turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited, and pets are not allowed. A deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if a pet is found on the property, and guests will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Excessive trash will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
