Rhino Shield is an elastomeric ceramic-based paint that reduces the need to frequently repaint, helps to prevent the growth of mold and mildew, helps to provide water resistance and helps reduce energy consumption. Rhino Shield has a 25 year warranty against cracking, peeling, and chipping. This warranty will transfer to the new owner. There are vinyl tilt-in windows throughout. Propane gas for heating and for the central air conditioning. Propane tank is rented by the year through Ferrell Gas. There is an outside wood burner that can be used during the winter months that will also heat the water heater.
