Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
