The kitchen has newer cabinets, a double stainless sink, refrigerator, oven/stovetop and a built in microwave. (Yes, this home has some wallpaper, but that's an easy cosmetic fix.) The kitchen/breakfast area/den flooring is 18 x 18 luxury vinyl squares with grout. All other living areas (living room/study/bedrooms) have original parquet wood flooring and NO CARPET. Bathrooms have tile flooring, newer commodes and neutral colors plus the master has a walk-in shower. Original dining room is being used as a study but kitchen has a nice breakfast area anyway. There are plenty of storage closets in this home in addition to the bedroom closets. Most windows have retro bottom half window shutters that allow privacy but plenty of light on the top half. The landscaping is very nice and well kept! Roof is post Ivan BUT is architectural shingle. HVAC replaced in Nov. 2014 with 16 SEER 2.5 ton unit. Water heater replaced in Nov 2014 with gas 40 gallon unit. Electrical is copper wiring and circuit breaker which makes insurance so much easier! Washer and dryer convey with home but as-is and are in the garage. Owner currently pays $1432/yr for insurance. No HOA.
