-Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,750.00 per month for an individual or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
-6 month Lease: $1,675.00 per month for an individual or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
-12 month Lease: $1,625.00 per month for an individual or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
