Kickstart your day with a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and all the essentials are waiting—beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts to make your seaside lounging effortless. After soaking up the sun, wander just six blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach, buzzing with lively restaurants, cool bars, and fun local attractions. On-site parking makes exploring the area stress-free—just load up and head out to discover Cocoa Beach’s many treasures. We offer mid-term cleaning services to keep your apartment fresh throughout your stay. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

Although there is so much to walk to, Uber and Lyft are very prevalent in the area. Convenient scooter rentals are available nearby to explore Cocoa Beach with ease.
You’ll have full access to your private apartment and shared outdoor amenities. Complimentary beach equipment is available for guests to enjoy during their stay, but it is communal and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are kindly asked to return items after use so everyone can enjoy them. Beach equipment is not guaranteed, so if you have specific needs, we recommend bringing your own. A mailbox is not available for guests. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, an initial stock of essentials is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.
