Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance, and pet cleaning fees will be applied. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time is in place, with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas, respecting the privacy of guests.
