Looking for the perfect LEGAL, non-flood zone Airbnb/vacation rental and you want to put your own design and flavor to it? Located in unincorporated Pinellas therefore vacation rental is legal, this house was almost completely rebuilt to be a vacation rental. Modeled after a house I owned across the street from this one that brought in $160K a year in revenue, I said, "How can I make this even better?" The house across the street did so well because it had 3 distinctly different areas of the house including two different "master suites", if you will, so large groups could each have their own private "hotel room". Larger groups pay more with nearly the same operating costs! So this house has THREE master suites, plus THREE more bedrooms and a bathroom. The result: bigger groups and higher rents. So to recap, this house has room for 12-14 people easily, and they get their own large, private pool. If the house across the street brought in $160K in revenue, I think this one brings in $180-190K a year in revenue! Why am I selling?
