During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox, and some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email or message before arrival. A two-strike policy is enforced for violations of house rules, with the first violation resulting in a warning and the second in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
