Free street parking is available, with sufficient parking for two vehicles in front of the cabin and additional room in the lower yard for two boat or motorcycle trailers. Pets are allowed with a $100 plus taxes pet cleaning fee.

The cabin is wheelchair inaccessible and adheres to a strict no-smoking policy, with any violation of the smoking policy incurring a $200 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the cabin and linens. No parties or events are allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
