The property has a security camera/recording device installed outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine.
