Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out will incur a penalty starting from $500.
