Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets allowed, with any violation incurring a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
