If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. No parking is allowed in the street, and there will be a $100 fine for parking in the street as it is against POA/HOA regulations. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
