Waterfront view of Higgins Lake 80 feet with exceptional sunrises each morning We enjoy watching our grandchildren swim and play on the 6x18 sand box in the front yard overlooking the lake. Each child can swim on their own and enjoy jumping off the dock and swimming as far as mom and dad will allow Fishing is always a sport to enjoy. Friday evening fish fries are always on the menu. In the evening the children roast marshmallows over the campfire in our firepit overlooking the lake. Our home has created many memories through the years with as many as 23 people sleeping overnight. Every door on the inside of this home opens to the lake. There is a newer hickory kitchen large enough for a few chefs and ample counter space, plus a second newer oak kitchen in the smaller side. We feature 2 din ing areas inside. The living room with a woodburning fireplace is on the larger side and on the other side a family room with a dining area and an oak mantle and stone fireplace (gas) It is like having a place for the younger crowd and another for the older crowd. We have enjoyed this home for over 20 years and it is now time to let let another family create new memories with their growing family. The fishing is great, water skiing, tubing and jet skiing are so much fun. There is never a dull or boring moment.
