The rest of the house will be shared with other roommates, and it is mandatory to keep your area clean and tidy as well as always cleaning up after yourself and take out your trash, wash your dishes, clean up after use of bathroom etc. Common areas a limited to everyone, the use of the kitchen is to cook/meal prep. Essentially everyone else keeps themselves in their rooms. Roommates are considerate, and maintain quiet hours.

Queen size bed, private entrance, walk-in closet and access to kitchen in the main house. No access to the closets that are locked, the garage, and the main bathroom's bathtub (as it needs to be replaced).
