Guests must be 25 years or older to book the apartment, and a photo ID is required for each guest. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is a no smoking or vaping policy anywhere in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Early check-in or late check-out can be applied for at a fee of $30. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee and a lost parking pass incurs a $250 fee. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. No parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per person for unregistered guests. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds based on availability. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues, but will seek permission from the guest beforehand. Do not contact the apartment complex management directly.
