Sitting up on a little knoll overlooking the lake, all the things you would expect at a real Maine cottage are here - a covered porch with rocking chairs, a stone fire pit, a dock and float for swimming and fishing, a natural ramp to put boats of all types in, cleared camping areas for tents and such and a sandy little beach. This huge swath of contiguous land is unspoiled and untouched with well over 860 feet of direct frontage on Duckpuddle Pond.
