This opens onto a wonderful balcony, perfect for grilling. All hard surface floors from ceramic to stunning cherry hardwood. The master w/a huge walk-in closet also has a cathedral ceiling/fan w/a private bath w/double sink and a separate commode & shower room. The second bedroom is separated, and the full bath w/walk in shower is lovely. Washer & dryer included. The interior is just repainted this month with occupancy 10/1/23. Newer: dishwasher, dryer, furnace and AC. Need full credit report, proof of income and application filled out with references. 1 1/2 months security deposit and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee. Proof of confirmation numbers for utility transfer and rental insurance as well. Personal meet up with owners required prior to rental acceptance. Pets possibly acceptable.
