Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. No pickleball or basketball at night, out of respect for our neighbors, as the court lights are disconnected. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The primary guest listed on the reservation must complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
