Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage for a maximum of 9 cars. Guests are required to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. Starting November 1st, 2025, the lazy river can be heated for an additional $100 per night of your stay, and it must be heated for the entire length of your stay with at least a 3-day notice before your arrival.
