The studio shares a wall and bolt-locked door with the main house, ensuring full privacy. While walls are soundproof, some noise from the main house may be heard. The property has a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited, and any guests must be approved as this is a private residence with owners living in the main house. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security, and a groundskeeper may access the pool for service and landscaping. No pets are allowed.
