Pets are welcomed, with the first pet staying free of charge. Each additional pet will incur a fee of $75. Free private parking is available.

Smoking is not permitted in the property, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Be courteous of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours. Noise violations will result in warnings and fines, with termination of stay upon the third complaint. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home, and pet hair, urine, or feces on furniture or bedding will result in a fine of $75. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and late check-out will result in a $50 per hour charge. You will risk losing your deposit and additional charges if any of the house rules are broken.
The apartment features a laptop-friendly workspace, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
