This space opens to the front circular kitchen. There is plenty of counter work area with cabinets appliances spaced so it is easy to work. Side front windows frame the kitchen sink and give a good view of the outside neighborhood. On one side there is even a side counter -convenient spot for quick snacks or lunches. The kitchen and dining space flows naturally into the open living area. Windows from the living room and the dining room allow filtered light inside. Sliders in the front of the living room lead to a front bonus screened room with hurricane shutters. There is a front entrance off this room. Floors throughout the kitchen, dining living room, primary bedroom have had laminate flooring added in the years after 2012 when the current owner purchased. Most walls throughout the home were painted. There is a ceiling light with fan over the dining room table. The primary bedroom across the back is a generous size and has a walk- in closet. From the bedroom enter directly into the ensuite bath. This bath has a newer shower. Although the floors in the primary bedroom are laminate. flooring is very soft because of ongoing roof leaks.
