This home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, complemented by a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the game room with a pool table and foosball table, and unwind in the dining area or on the outdoor pool loungers. The property also includes a firepit and outdoor sitting area, along with a free washer and dryer for your convenience.
For an additional cost of $35 per day, you can add pool and spa heating to your reservation. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this amenity. A pet fee of $150 applies for bringing a house-trained dog, with a maximum of one dog allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please note that propane for the grills is provided by guests, and the dock is off-limits for guest use.
Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. Just a short drive to Downtown Tampa, you’ll have easy access to all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping, as well as major highways like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway. The best way to get around is by driving, with a good selection of local businesses, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and shopping nearby.
Self check-in and check-out are available, and while we are not present in person, we are happy to assist through the platform messaging app. Check-out time is 10AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that the property is not baby-proofed, and there is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM, and guests are expected to respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No third-party bookings are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests and 2 vehicles. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and guests are expected to report any damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if guests violate any rules.
