This is a smoke-free property, and smoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited. The beach directly behind the house is private property belonging to a neighbor, but you have access to the beautiful beach located to the left of the house when facing the ocean. Unforeseen events like construction, utility outages, or weather changes can sometimes occur, and refunds are not offered for these circumstances. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful environment, including excessive noise or parties, may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
