Showings start Saturday, August 29th. You know you've dreamed of having a pool. Here's your chance. Large, fully fenced yard contains a stunning in ground pool and the house is nice, too! Three separate living areas (family room, living room and loft) create tons of flexibility. You may choose to use one of the spaces for an office, home school, large dining room or whatever your needs are. There are three bedrooms upstairs but the two secondary bedrooms have been opened up to adjoin. This was the perfect teen suite but can easily be reverted to two separate bedrooms. Each space has its own door and closet (one is a walk in closet!). Another favorite space is the upstairs loft. It can easily accommodate a large comfy couch and has a fun view of the pool. A few notes: the pool has a heater but it is not working and needs a part. Seller has never really needed the heater so buyer may choose to repair on their own. The pool also has a cover that works but sticks occasionally. The cover isn't required since the yard is fenced, but buyer may choose to repair and make that easier to operate. Some of the flooring is a little worn or faded. Seller is willing to provide a flooring allowance with an acceptable offer. Suggested allowance is $3000.
