The pool is cleaned twice a week on Monday and Friday. The jacuzzi is not heated as it is an extension of the pool. Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; note that this will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, washcloths are not provided. Please keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
