Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests in the community. Absolutely no smoking indoors, with violations incurring a $600 smoke remediation fee. Smoking is allowed only outside, with improper disposal of cigarette butts risking a $250 cleanup charge. Pets are not allowed, with unauthorized pets resulting in a $500 fee per pet per stay. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed overnight, with extra or unauthorized guests incurring a $50 per person, per night fee. Unauthorized events may result in a $1000 fine. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for a fee, with unauthorized late checkout incurring $25 per 30 minutes. Checkouts after 1 PM without approval are charged the full-day rate.
