The laid-back town boasts a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of local eateries serving fresh seafood and Hawaiian specialties. With its central location, you can easily access other parts of the island, including Lahaina and West Maui, or the Road to Hana on the East. South Kihei Road is very walkable with numerous restaurants and cafes, though driving is the best way to explore the rest of the island.
Access is granted via a door code for self check-in at your convenience. This property is not handicap accessible and is only accessible by a staircase, as there is no elevator. There's no AC in the bedroom, and ongoing construction is taking place behind the unit. The Hawaiian climate may bring occasional bugs, especially in ground-floor units. This is not a pet-friendly home, with a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties or events, with quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
