The outdoor pool will be heated from October 1 to December 31 and from March 1 to May 15. It will not be heated in January and February. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. No pets allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
