Excellent Country living located on a 2.23 +- acre property located just inside Bladen County but only a few short miles from St. Pauls, N.C. Beautiful home that has been well maintained along with keeping everything updated. Roof and heat pump/AC relatively new. Home is rated as a 3 bedroom but has an office area that is being used as a bedroom also. All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen however the dishwasher does not work. Flooring is relatively new and consists of Vinyl floors that look like hardwood and carpeted floors. Home has been taken very good care of and is above average in quality and looks.
