The location of this neighborhood is about as good as it gets- conveniently located to everything and anything a family could need or want in the community, as well as very central to all the major thoroughfares in and out of town... and, that allows for avoiding traffic! The family who has owned this home since the late 90's is only selling b.c they have inherited another home in S. Mt. Pleasant and their children are grown.This house has 3 Bedrooms in the main upstairs and then there is a 4th (Large) finished FROG with a full bath on the other side of the home! Lots of options for a great use of this space!They have taken this into consideration with the price of the home, and compensated that price for its current condition.
