The home is loaded with entertainment, featuring two 55-inch smart TVs, each equipped with a Nintendo Switch console. Enjoy Fortnite battles or dive into nostalgia with Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, giving you access to hundreds of classic games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Zelda, Donkey Kong, and more. Perfect for family game nights, competitive showdowns, or casual fun. The spacious living areas are perfect for gathering and relaxing, and the fully stocked kitchen and dining area are ideal for large meals.
There is free parking available for guests and visiting company. You can use the garage, park within the driveway, or find additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. Please abide by all local parking laws and avoid parking over any sidewalks as the city is known to cite for cars parked in a way that blocks a sidewalk from normal use. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Take a dip in the sparkling neighborhood pool or let the little ones enjoy the kid-friendly playground nearby. The community pool is closed during the winter and is only open from June to late September.
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy and noise curfew cutoff time of 10 PM will result in additional expenses to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same-day check-in. The home has a coded door lock, so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
