Candidates ultimately receive move in approval following the results of their application and personal interview, conducted by the property management company and Les Chateaux condo association, prior to move in. An application fee in the amount of $100.00 will be paid by the selected candidate and all association requests will be completed, prior to move in. Owners will then collect first months rent plus the security deposit ($3000.00 total) prior to move in. Please no pets, no smoking (of any kind) and no subleases or unassigned residents are allowed. Owners request prior authorization prior to any painting. The tenant (s) are also expected to remain complaint with the bylaws of the condo association including all areas of the complex which includes the parking lot, laundry room and recreational areas. Cost as a result of causal infractions by the tenant maybe withdrawn directly from the security deposit. As the tenant's behavior reflects the Owner's behavior when on site, it will be expected by the Owners that the tenant (s) demonstrate respectful behavior towards other residents at Les Chateaux. Tenant(s) pays monthly for power. First year of the lease is a 12-month agreement.
